Therapy with me is a collaborative, creative, and healing journey- sometimes challenging, often empowering, and always infused with compassion (and even some laughter along the way). I work through a holistic lens, gently inviting awareness-when you're ready-into your mind, spirit, emotions, and body. No matter what challenges you may be facing, I hold space for your wholeness.
My Background and Approach
I walk alongside you with genuine care, knowing that the human experience is vast and complex. Having both extra support and a skillset to draw from can make can make all of the difference in creating a life you love.' In addition to my work as a therapist, I have been a longtime healing arts practitioner & yoga teacher, which deepens the tools I can offer you. My therapeutic toolbox includes Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamics, Nonviolent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg), Expressive Arts, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Solution Oriented Therapy and Somatics.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I welcome people from all walks of life and am deeply committed to cultural sensitivity and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Above all, I want you to feel safe, heard, and understood - the foundation for meaningful healing and growth. Outside of my work, I find joy and insight in gardening, hiking, dancing, yoga, activism, cooking, connecting with animals, music, and loved ones. I especially love transplanting plant cuttings and seeing them thrive! I look forward to learning what brings you joy- or supporting you in discovering it.
