I have extensive training and experience in providing CBT. CBT is one of the most studied treatment approach and has been shown to provide significant therapeutic effects on various mental health conditions.
I am DBT informed and do not offer a fully adherent DBT program. However, I have extensive training in DBT Skills training and find it very helpful to incorporate DBT skills into therapeutic work.
I have received the first two levels of training from the Gottman Institute. Although I do not work with couples, I enjoy helping partners who are experiencing relationship challenges. I work with people on an individual basis. I find that my training and experience in the Gottman Method is a great adjunct to the work partners may be doing in Couples Therapy.
