About My Clients

I particularly enjoy working with adolescents (14+) and adults, individuals, and couples. My practice deeply resonates with those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I also have a strong commitment to supporting Military and Veteran service members and their families, and individuals exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, gender, or sex work. I'm dedicated to empowering you on your unique path.

My Background and Approach

My credentials include a Master's of Social Work from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wilmington University. I'm also pursuing a post-graduate certificate in Trauma & Resilience, ensuring a deep understanding of complex issues to better support your healing journey. My experience as a paralegal for 10 years honed my advocacy skills and commitment to fiercely fighting for your best interests and well-being. This allows me to walk alongside you every step of the way. My specialties include supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also focus on Military and Veteran service members and their families, and those exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, gender, or sex work. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults, and address ADHD. I utilize CBT, DBT, attachment-based, and trauma-focused techniques within a culturally sensitive, feminist-informed practice, empowering you with tools for confidence and resilience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My core values are deeply rooted in empowerment and advocacy. I bring a strong commitment to fiercely fighting for your best interests and well-being. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow, ultimately gaining the confidence and independence to navigate life's challenges. My practice is explicitly culturally sensitive and feminist-informed, which means I prioritize fostering empowerment and respecting individual identities. I am passionate about meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences, particularly as you explore LGBTQIA+ identity, gender, or sex work.
