My clients are individuals, couples, and families. I see one person or everyone depending on the needs of the family and individual. My goal is to support you in creating a path toward a better and more satisfying home life. Usually this looks like us meeting weekly until adjusting to the right pace for your long-term success.
My Background and Approach
My background is in family systems and continue to model my practice that way. I do use a variety of approaches in my practice to best suit an individual and ensure that the best work is accomplished over the appropriate timeline. My philosophy is always about serving the individual to the highest level to ensure they feel secure, supported, and the room for growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people find therapy and change at a time when they are ready. If you have gone before and you haven't seen much progress it is likely you weren't ready. Therapy is about growth and change. To do this you must dig deep into the hard hurtful stuff sometimes. However, if you are willing to put in the work, you can experience an amazing outcome and truly live your very best life.
