About My Clients
Life can be really hard, and sometimes the hardest part is asking for help. Humans are complicated, social beings who have been cut off from society and routine for the past two years. If you have a history of mental illness, relationship issues, identity concerns, mood changes, or life transitions, those feelings may have been exacerbated by our current world. I have worked for close to a decade with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
My Background and Approach
I typically provide a broad range of therapy models based on the needs of the individual or couple. I provide a collaborative, person - centered approach that may include acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. For couples, I utilize a Gottman approach for most couples. Whether you have new stressors in your life or have been dealing with a diagnosis for years, let’s work on finding the best way to help you cope and gain mental growth.
