My Clients are ready to do the hard work in therapy and are ready to make real lasting changes in their lives. I love working with all ages and all populations.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in community mental health for over nine years, working with adults, families, and children. I have a solution focused approach but use pieces of DBT, CBT and Narrative therapy in practice. I am direct and I will be your biggest cheerleader. I am also a Certified Animal-Assisted Intervention Specialist
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe this work is all about change and that change is universally difficult. I believe in meeting client's where they are at but expect them to do the work that is needed to make the changes.
