My clients often feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves and others. They’re navigating life transitions, perfectionism, or old patterns that no longer serve them, and long for more clarity, self-compassion, and authentic connections. I’m passionate about helping clients untangle the old narratives that no longer serve them, navigate life transitions with more ease, and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I work to provide a therapeutic environment that is warm, inviting and authentic. Through an insight-oriented holistic approach, my goal is to help support and empower my clients to better understand themselves, overcome challenges and strengthen their quality of life. I bring an empathic and open-minded lens to each session. I strive to create a safe space for everyone to communicate their lived experiences, process trauma, grieve losses, and find glimmers of hope in each day. When I’m in the office, my dog Wally is often nearby. He’s a sweet, gentle presence—happy to give you space or offer his emotional support.
