About My Clients
I love to work with teens and other women, especially because I know how tough we can be on ourselves and how many hold high expectations for us. I love helping empower girls and women, and seeing clients gain self-confidence and self-compassion through therapy. I help clients overcome anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life stressors and transitions.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor my work to the individual. There is no "one size fits all" in therapy because each individual is unique.
