About My Clients
I offer inclusive individual therapy assisting with, but not limited to, LGBTQIA+, self identity, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, coping/stress, mood disorders, and depression. Developing positive effective skills to support nervous system regulation, processing, and developing obtainable goals are key elements to facilitate positive change.
My Background and Approach
I apply trauma-focused CBT and other proven approaches to assist processing how trauma influences daily life. I encourage individual abilities for positive coping while maintaining a non-bias space for a sense of flexibility and personalization. I have experience working with mood disorders ,abuse and assault survivors, and LGBTQ+ adults and teens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from the state of the nervous system to assist developing skills that regulate for improved over all calm. I encourage the developed unique individualized therapeutic relationship to best fit the needs of each client. I hold space for the clients identity to be explored and supported for improved emotional peak performance. It is important to me to maintain a flexible yet grounded connection for co-regulation ultimately giving clients a safe and nurturing path to explore.
