My Background and Approach

My approach combines evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. In addition, I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Management, and Parent Child Interaction Therapy. I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where my clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and cultivate resilience.
