About My Clients
I work with adults who have experienced relational trauma, struggle with intimacy, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or unhealthy patterns in relationships. My clients often feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by past experiences. Together, we will explore the root causes of these struggles and work toward building healthier relationships with yourself and others. I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth are possible.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience specializing in relational trauma, intimacy issues, depression, and anxiety. I hold certifications as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), and EMDR practitioner, which equip me to provide effective, evidence-based care. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their feelings and experiences. I utilize modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and attachment-focused therapy to address the root causes of unhealthy patterns and help clients build stronger relationships with themselves and others. My education from Columbia University, combined with extensive training in trauma-informed care, enables me to guide clients through meaningful personal growth. Whether you're seeking individual, couples, or group therapy, my goal is to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating an inclusive, compassionate space where all individuals feel valued and supported. I am committed to trauma-informed care and helping clients foster resilience and self-compassion. I value empathy, authenticity, and ongoing learning to best serve my clients. I strive to empower clients to heal, grow, and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
