About My Clients
Are you struggling with feeling anxious all the time? Do you have past hurts that you struggle with letting go? I will work with you to find more peace in your life. I want you to feel inspired and hopeful when you leave our session together.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings. My approach to therapy is to help you to find find peace, hope and encouragement in your life. I use a variety of techniques to include CBT, mindfulness based stress reduction and solution focused therapy. I also have a background in being in the military and being a military spouse. I have worked extensively with veterans and love to give back.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of encouragement and love. I believe that mental health can be genetic but also be caused by environment. I also believe that people can overcome their past and live their best life.
