I have worked extensively with many clients who struggle with being codependent. I use a variety of therapy techniques to help my clients become less dependent on others and have more confidence in themselves.

I have had extensive training with military and veterans who suffer with PTSD. I have also worked with those who have had childhood trauma. My therapy approaches with PTSD include but are not limited to CPT, Prolonged Exposure, Somatic experience and mindfulness based approaches.

I love to help my clients with anxiety. I have had years of experience both professionally and personally with those who suffer with anxiety. I have many approaches that I have used with clients over the years that have helped to include mindfulness based stress reduction, EFT tapping, body work and CBT.

I have had extensive training with Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This approach works well with those who are struggling to find hope and direction in their lives.

I have used several mindfulness based practices over the years to help my clients who suffer from PTSD and anxiety.

I have had training in CBT and love it's ability to help put things into perspective with clients.
