About My Clients
I have experience working with diverse clients, providing both brief and long-term treatment. I have worked with individuals across the life-span.
My Background and Approach
My areas of expertise include adolescent trauma, attachment, Conduct Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorders, anxiety, and depression. I have training and experience using CBT, EMDR, and utilizing crisis intervention services. I have experience facilitating groups for youth to build social skills, life skills, and has used the Aggression Replacement Training curriculum to learn effective strategies for anger management. I previously was a Risking Connections Trainer utilizing the curriculum to teach caretakers how to effectively work with a child who has suffered a trauma history. I am a licensed LENS Neurofeedback practitioner and have seen successful outcomes with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and concussions.
