As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I have a great deal of understanding about the challenges one can face with a diagnosis of ADHD. I provide clients empathetic care that includes an improved understanding of symptoms, problem solving strategies and changes in lifestyle that can better support symptom management, and CBT techniques aimed to target the negative impact that living with ADHD can have on self esteem.
