About My Clients
I work with women in midlife who feel burned out, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves. You may be holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted, resentful, or lost on the inside. You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else and are realizing something has to change. Together, we focus on boundaries, self-worth, and helping you come back to yourself in a real, sustainable way.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health, including psychiatric settings and private practice. I’ve worked with individuals in some of their most overwhelmed, uncertain, and life-shifting moments, which allows me to quickly understand what’s really going on beneath the surface—and how to help you move forward in a meaningful way. My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on real change—not surface-level coping. I help you identify patterns, build awareness, and reconnect with yourself so you feel more clear, grounded, and in control of your life. I offer private pay sessions and can provide a superbill if you’d like to use out-of-network benefits.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe too many women have been taught to push through, stay quiet, and carry more than they should—and I don’t support that. I believe you’re allowed to take up space, have needs, and make decisions that honor your life, not just everyone else’s expectations. I value honesty over perfection and real change over surface-level fixes. Burnout isn’t a personal failure—it’s often the result of years of overgiving and under-support. And you don’t fix that by doing more—you shift it by coming back to yourself. My work is rooted in respect, authenticity, and helping you trust your own voice again. This is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. You get to be real—and we build from there.
