About My Clients
I work collaboratively with teens and adults to create goals, build tools and get to the depth of the situations and wounds that can be triggers. I specialize in treating trauma/ptsd, mood issues including anxiety, depression and stress, as well as overall support for life/relationship concerns.
My Background and Approach
I am person & strength based at my core and I mainly use a combination of EMDR, CBT & DBT to provide you tangible tools and resources. I will be your advocate and support for change and healing.
