My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is capable of change when driven and given the tools they need to be successful. Many times, our mental health barriers are results of how we survived an environment or situation. These thoughts, feelings and behaviors served us a purpose at one time. Like all things we must change and adapt as our surroundings do. Sometimes this change is hard and that is where I am here to help support and encourage you.
