About My Clients
I work with adult women interested in showing up more fully for their sense of peace, health, and authenticity. So often, our lives become about everyone but ourselves. During our time together, we shift the focus to you. What you need. How you feel. This is a space to practice slowing down, tuning in, leaning back and receiving so you can step into the world with more confidence and congruence.
My Background and Approach
I believe you hold all of the answers you need within yourself. Sometimes these answers get covered with "should's," external expectations, and insecurities. I believe that a compassionate, patient, and consistent relationship can create an environment that allows your truth and inner knowing to emerge again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe most of us would benefit immensely from a walk in nature, a swim in a cool lake, or some quality time with a friend. We tend to forget the little things that end up making a big difference in our lives and how we feel. I believe life is hard and beautiful all at once. I believe in plants and adventure and slow mornings. I believe we all need a place where we feel like we belong.
