About My Clients
I have a special interest in supporting women with ADHD and others learning to work with their brains, not against them. Many people experience stress-related symptoms like migraines, digestive issues, and fatigue. Through mindfulness and body awareness, we explore how emotions show up physically and build tools for resilience and balance.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors with my family, visiting national parks, and teaching yoga. I also support causes that promote suicide prevention and greater access to mental health resources.
