I work with couples, individuals and teens to develop solutions corresponding to: relationship issues, divorce recovery, adolescent social skills, anxiety, depression, anger management, and sexual issues.
My Background and Approach
A variety of approaches are tailored to the person or couple based on their needs. Some examples would be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Structural Therapy.
