My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals and couples. Their primary concerns involve depression, trauma, and grief, and everything in between. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Progressive Counting for individuals. I also have extensive training experience in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals.
