About My Clients
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life stress who want a space to feel understood and supported. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed or stuck and are ready to move forward but aren’t sure how. I also enjoy working with veterans and individuals in high-pressure environments. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a background in military service and extensive experience helping teens and adults work through anxiety, trauma, and life stress. My approach combines clinical training with real-world understanding, allowing me to meet clients where they are and create a space that feels both safe and effective. I use evidence-based approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients find relief, build confidence, and move forward in a meaningful way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person matters and that the experiences we carry—both good and difficult—shape how we move through the world. My time in the military deeply influenced my perspective on resilience, service, and the importance of having support during life’s hardest moments. I’m especially passionate about supporting veterans, first responders, and individuals in high-stress roles who often feel like they have to carry everything on their own. I value honesty, respect, and real connection in the therapy room. You don’t have to show up perfectly or have it all figured out—we’ll work through it together. I also believe that healing doesn’t have to take forever. With the right approach, meaningful change is possible, and people can feel better sooner than they expect. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward.
