About My Clients
I provide a safe space for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, or men’s issues to explore their challenges. Through empathetic listening and evidence-based techniques, I help clients develop coping strategies, challenge negative thought patterns, and build resilience. Through self-awareness, I empower them to regain control of their lives and work towards greater mental well-being.
My Background and Approach
I blend Person-Centered Therapy and Individual Psychology to provide a compassionate and holistic understanding of your needs. Person-Centered Therapy creates a safe space for self-exploration, while Individual Psychology focuses on the influence of social dynamics. In addition, I also hold a certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. By integrating psychedelic-assisted therapy, I can offer innovative solutions to address a variety of mental health concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At James G. Counseling, my mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that honors each individual's unique journey toward healing and self-discovery. Whether you're grappling with existential questions, navigating life transitions, or seeking relief from distressing symptoms, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-exploration, empowerment, and personal growth, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of meaning, resilience, and well-being in your life. Choosing to seek therapy is a courageous step toward changing your current situation. The prospect of change, even when moving away from familiar but unhelpful patterns, can be challenging and uncomfortable. Initially, change might make you feel worse, but the goal is to emerge from therapy as a happier, healthier, and wiser person.
