About My Clients
Many men and teen boys were never taught how to understand or express what they’re feeling. Instead, they learned to push through, stay silent, or handle problems on their own. I help men and teen boys navigate stress, anxiety, anger, and life challenges with practical tools and support. I also work with parents concerned about a son who has become withdrawn, overwhelmed, or is struggling with behavioral changes, helping families reconnect and move forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on real-life change. Therapy with me is a place where you can be honest about what’s going on without judgment, pressure, or having to pretend you have it all together. Together, we identify what’s keeping you stuck and build practical skills to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, improve communication, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients create meaningful, lasting change—not just insight, but action. For men, therapy can be a place to finally put down the weight of carrying everything alone. For teen boys, it’s a space where they can feel understood, build confidence, and learn healthy ways to cope. For parents, it offers guidance, support, and a clear path toward reconnecting with their child.
