My ideal client is any adult that is ready to talk through their issues and come up with a plan to feel better about themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed certified social worker. I have been working as a mental health professional, case manager, and nonprofit administrator. I have been providing individual and group therapy for most of the last 6 years. I like to combine different approaches when working with clients because every client is different, so the approach must be tailored to the client.

I believe that all people are seeking the good life. People have different beliefs on what the good life is.
