I am experienced working with clients dealing with loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

My treatment focuses on utilizing your strengths and motivations to improve your ability to deal with life's challenges. I take a trauma-informed approach to my therapy and utilize a strength based approach using Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, CBT, and psychoeducation as my primary therapy methods,
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm pro-social justice, pro-LGBTQIA+, anti-racist, and tend to view things through a systems lens. When I am not being a therapist, I'm probably camping, cooking, playing board or video games, or watching youtube videos about one of those things. I dabble in poetry, creative writing, and gardening. Lately, I've been listening to comedy podcasts, children's music, vaporwave, and 2000s alternative rock.
