My Background and Approach
I’m a counselor committed to helping folks discover and become the most authentic version of themselves. My work combines a wide variety of techniques drawn from therapeutic traditions like CBT, narrative therapy, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness to help people come home to themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a big believer in client autonomy. I like to think of the counseling process as you and I taking a road trip toward authenticity. You're the driver; you decide how fast we go, when we turn, and when we make pit stops. My role is to ride in the passenger seat, helping you navigate and pointing out obstacles along the way. But the key is you're in control.
