About My Clients
I’ve supported children and teens through grief, identity exploration, trauma, and life transitions during my time at CPLA. While I continue to enjoy working with youth, I also welcome adults and couples navigating anxiety, relational stress, or past wounds. My clients are often seeking clarity and emotional healing. I aim to meet each person with curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in deep respect for your unique story. I use person-centered therapy as a foundation, making sure you feel truly seen and heard. Along the way, I’ll integrate evidence-based tools from CBT, narrative therapy, and internal family systems (IFS) to support your growth. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship issues, or the weight of past experiences, we’ll work together to build insight, shift patterns, and reconnect you with your strengths. I believe healing happens not by “fixing” you, but by helping you feel safe enough to be your whole self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationship — not just with others, but with ourselves. I don’t see people as broken or in need of fixing. Instead, I see individuals doing the best they can with the tools and experiences they’ve had. I hold a deep respect for the courage it takes to enter therapy and speak your truth. My role is to offer curiosity, empathy, and presence as you make sense of your story and discover what wholeness means for you. Growth doesn’t mean erasing the past — it means honoring where you’ve been and reclaiming the future you deserve.
