My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Psychology and a specialization in Neuropsychology. I have over 15 years of experience providing neuropsychological evaluations, psychotherapy, and cognitive rehabilitation. I value a warm, relational approach to working together and focus on helping you build on strengths to achieve your unique goals. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy focused on anxiety, depression, and trauma concerns, using Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma-informed, and Mindfulness approaches. I also have particular expertise in helping both individuals and their caregivers understand and improve functioning related to cognitive concerns including ADHD, brain injury, neurological illness, and age-related conditions such as dementia.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy provides not only tools for overcoming challenges, but also space for personal growth, reflection, and lasting change.
