About My Clients
I work best with adults who are thoughtful, self-reflective, and ready to engage actively in the therapeutic process. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or patterns of self-criticism and emotional overwhelm. They are motivated to better understand themselves, open to learning new skills, and willing to make meaningful changes in support of healing, growth, and greater alignment in their lives
My Background and Approach
My clinical work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, which guide how I approach therapy and connect with clients. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based framework, using evidence-based approaches in a flexible and individualized way. I often work with individuals and couples who are struggling with trust, emotional distance, differing values, or patterns that no longer serve them. I also help clients build emotional regulation skills, reduce anxiety, and manage stress—especially when these concerns are rooted in trauma, loss, or relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply value honest self-expression and creating space for you to speak openly about what has been painful or hard to carry. In our work together, you are encouraged to bring your full story—your experiences, questions, and emotions—and to move at a pace that feels right for you. I approach therapy with curiosity, transparency, and genuine care, with the intention of building trust and emotional safety. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you deepen self-understanding, healing, and personal growth.
