Life sure has its ways of throwing curveballs at us. It appears to happen so often that we do not have the opportunity to catch our breath as they come one after the other. Something I enjoy about mental health treatment is that you do not have to experience it alone. No matter your age. I provide mental health treatment to those of all ages regardless of mental health or life's challenges. Together, we will work toward the goal of regaining control of our lives. What do you say?
My Background and Approach
I have experience providing mental health treatment to those with various struggles such as PTSD/trauma, depression, anxiety to name a few. Furthermore, I also have experience working with the military population and veterans. By engaging in treatment with me, we will collaboratively work together to learn various coping strategies that could be beneficial for you given that life can be unpredictable. While utilizing coping skills in and out of session, I will also work with you to explore and discuss how life stressors have effected you, so we can also process and work through them. I have full confidence that together, we can work toward the development of you becoming the best version of yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong believer of teamwork and will be right by your side on your journey to becoming the "you" that you strive to develop into. Your journey is not like any others so the fact that you are reading this profile is one of the biggest steps in your journey.
