About My Clients
I believe in honoring your story, your resilience, and your right to healing on your own terms. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or questions of identity, my goal is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from a range of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate different tools and techniques in each session to meet you exactly where you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Queer, multiracial, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I bring a deeply personal understanding of the ways identity, culture, and lived experience shape our mental health. I’m passionate about decolonizing therapy—creating space for clients to feel seen, heard, and empowered beyond traditional clinical frameworks that often overlook the complexities of race, culture, and systemic oppression.
