About My Clients

I passionately serve individuals, couples, and families from communities of color and marginalized backgrounds who are navigating systemic oppression, racial trauma, and generational patterns. My ideal clients are those seeking a culturally affirming space where their lived experiences are truly seen, honored, and validated. Together, we will untangle complex relationship dynamics, heal from cultural burnout, and reclaim your narrative. If you want a deeply collaborative room to break old cycles

My Background and Approach

As an MFT intern in Syracuse University’s rigorous graduate program, I bring advanced, systemic training directly to our sessions. This means I don’t just look at you in isolation; I look at the whole picture—your relationships, family history, and cultural background. For you, this approach ensures we target the root causes of your stress rather than just managing surface-level symptoms, leading to deeper and more sustainable healing.I specialize in working with communities of color and marginalized populations, focusing heavily on racial trauma, systemic oppression, and intergenerational cycles. Because I am trained to understand the profound impact of cultural burnout, you won't have to spend your energy explaining your lived reality. Instead, you gain a culturally affirming ally who validates your experiences immediately. Together, we will transform these insights into practical tools, helping you break old patterns, set firm boundaries, and reclaim your narrative.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that true healing cannot happen without social justice, equity, and a deep respect for your intersectional identity. I actively stand with the Black Lives Matter movement and dedicate my work to dismantling the systemic inequities that impact mental health in marginalized communities. I believe that therapy is inherently political, and I strive to decolonize mental health by moving away from rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks. For you, this means you are entering a space where your anger against oppression is validated, your cultural joys are celebrated, and your unique lived reality is never minimized. Beyond the therapy room, I am passionate about community-led wellness initiatives and advocate for accessible, culturally competent healthcare. I bring these values into our work by ensuring you are always the expert on your own life. Together, we will co-create a safe, liberating environment where you can shed systemic burdens and thrive on your own terms,
