About My Clients

I support men navigating low mood, stress, anxiety, significant life transitions, and establishing work-life balance. Our work together aims to help them uncover a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. I also specialize in sex therapy, and support clients with exploring identity, dating challenges, sexual difficulties, and relationship dynamics.

My Background and Approach

I am an LCSW and graduate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. I have years of experience working as a therapist in various settings, facilitating individual and group therapy. My style is warm and collaborative, with an approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, with a strong emphasis on developing and enhancing coping strategies. If you're curious about working together, feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation. I’d be happy to see if we’re a good fit and discuss how I can help you make intentional changes toward the life you want to be living.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for clients to discuss what’s most important to them. In addition to processing and unpacking relevant issues that clients might be facing, I also assist them in developing a toolbox of coping strategies to help them build the life they want to be living.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
