About My Clients
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression and are feeling down more than usual or aren't feeling like they belong. I know what it feels like to not feel good enough, to worry about what people think of you, and to constantly be there to help others but not always be there for yourself. If this is something you struggle with, I am confident we can work together to navigate these issues. We can add more joy and take away stress from your life.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy. I collaborate with clients about what feels most important to focus on for them and provide support. I predominantly use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and a humanistic approach. I work mostly with adults when using CBT and DBT.
