About My Clients

You give so much to others, but lately there’s nothing left for you. You’re tired of surface-level coping tools. You want real change. My clients often feel anxious, ashamed, or stuck in old relationship patterns. Together, we’ll use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you: • Calm your nervous system • Stop shaming yourself • Rebuild inner confidence and emotional safety • You’ll learn to lead yourself with compassion, not pressure, and finally feel at home in your own mind.

My Background and Approach

Imagine meeting anxiety with compassion instead of fear, and watching it soften because it finally feels understood. Our work together blends IFS, trauma-informed mindfulness, and relational repair. We’ll start by mapping your inner system: the anxious part, the perfectionist, and the caretaker, so you can see how each one is trying to protect you. You’ll learn how to turn toward anxiety, anger, or shame with curiosity rather than judgment, and discover what those parts have been trying to protect you from. Clients often say, “I finally understand why I react the way I do, and I can change it without hating myself.” Ready to begin? I offer a free 20-minute consultation so I can hear about your goals for therapy and answer questions. (email and phone number in yellow section below)

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I grew up with chaos and learned early what it’s like to live in survival mode. Through years of therapy and IFS work, I healed from CPTSD and built calmer, stronger relationships. That journey shapes how I show up for clients — honest, grounded, and compassionate. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal once they feel safe and understood. My work is rooted in honesty, curiosity, and connection. Outside therapy, I make music, volunteer with trauma-survivors, and raise three kids (plus one very social cat). I love creativity, community, and seeing people grow into who they really are. If you’re ready to start feeling calm and connected again, reach out today for a free 20-minute consultation. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.
