About My Clients

Different circumstances, life cycles, and more can cause loved ones to clash. With the right tools and right level of commitment, these challenges can deepen connections in the present and future. I empower children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals to address their problems and achieve more harmony within themselves and in their relationships simultaneously.

My Background and Approach

Support clients in achieving a more harmonious balance between their individuality and their relationships often entails working towards goals that utilize one’s strengths and emotional connections. Doing so allows people to experience more fulfillment and learn how to make room for everyone’s uniqueness. It also includes learning how to process difficult emotions and experiences by becoming more intimate with ourselves to become more intimate with others. I join clients on a journey that leads them to see how their individuality can thrive in their relationship, family, and/or societal contexts. And much more! I am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Capella University. I earned a spot on the President’s List for excellent academic performance and will graduate in March 2026. I am an intern at Hope Connection under the supervision of Shari Davison (T1248).

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

A broken home, temporary estrangement, falling in love, and more taught me how powerful and influential relationships are. These experiences also drew me to therapy because they made me realize healthy relationships are foundational to a fulfilling life. Where we come from, how we’re raised, societal norms, and more help shape us. But we also possess a unique superpower that deserves a voice: individuality. Finding harmony between one's individuality and their relationships is what I set out to do. No two situations are alike, and it is my responsibility to understand a client's goals and tailor my approach to suit them. Everyone deserves this level of care because everyone deserves to enjoy the most fulfilling relationship possible, both with themselves and with loved ones.
