While working with me you will meet the best parts of yourself and learn to embrace your limitations without judgement. In our time together you will feel supported, acknowledged, and challenged as we explore and build together. I use a combination of mindfulness practices, CBT, and DBT to treat your symptoms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It is my personal belief that the world's biggest problem is people do not know who they are. As we learn to discover ourselves we uncover our truths and develop self-love. Doing this improves our relationships and overall satisfaction with life.
