I help adults understand and manage anxiety that may show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, overthinking, or physical tension. In therapy, we work together to identify triggers, build awareness of thought patterns, and develop practical coping strategies so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

Depression can impact mood, energy, motivation, and how you view yourself and the future. It may feel like sadness, emptiness, irritability, or loss of interest in things you once enjoyed. In therapy, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore what you're experiencing. We work together to understand underlying patterns, build coping skills, and gradually create small, meaningful changes that support healing and renewed hope.

Burnout can leave you feeling emotionally drained, unmotivated, and disconnected from the things that once mattered to you. Many people experiencing burnout feel pressure to keep pushing through while ignoring their own needs. I help clients slow down, identify the sources of stress, and rebuild healthier boundaries and routines. Together we focus on restoring balance, reconnecting with your values, and finding sustainable ways to care for yourself.

SFBT focuses on identifying strengths and building practical solutions rather than spending extensive time on problems. Together we explore what is already working in your life and how to build on those successes. My approach helps clients clarify goals, recognize their existing abilities, and take small, meaningful steps toward positive change. It is collaborative, empowering, and focused on creating progress in the present.

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative approach that helps clients explore their motivations for change. Many people feel ambivalent when trying to make changes in their lives, and this approach creates a supportive space to talk through that uncertainty. Rather than telling clients what they should do, I help them clarify their values, strengthen their confidence, and identify their own reasons for change so that progress feels authentic and sustainable.

CBT helps clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Sometimes unhelpful thinking patterns can keep us feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, or low mood. In therapy we work together to identify these patterns and learn practical skills to challenge and reframe them. CBT is structured and goal-oriented, helping clients develop healthier perspectives and coping strategies they can use in everyday life.
