My clients are adults who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, or chronic health conditions. Many are used to holding everything together for others while quietly struggling themselves. They're looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down, process what they're going through, and learn practical strategies to feel more balances, confident, and connected in their lives.
