I specialize in helping teens and adults manage anxiety, chronic overthinking, panic symptoms, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. My approach focuses on understanding the underlying emotional patterns, relationships, and stressors contributing to anxiety while helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and greater confidence in navigating daily life and uncertainty.

I support clients navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions, including the loss of loved ones, relationships, identity shifts, and unresolved childhood experiences. My approach helps clients process complex emotions, explore how grief impacts daily functioning and relationships, and develop healthier ways to cope while honoring their experiences and healing at their own pace.

I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients improve emotional regulation, reduce impulsive reactions, manage anxiety and distress, and build healthier relationships. I frequently use DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation to support clients struggling with overwhelm, conflict, mood instability, and difficulty coping with intense emotions.

I utilize a collaborative approach in couples therapy that helps partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and better understand one another’s underlying emotional needs. My work focuses on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where both individuals feel heard while developing healthier patterns of communication, trust, and emotional intimacy.

My approach focuses on increasing self-awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, and creating practical changes in thinking and behavior that support improved emotional well-being and daily functioning.
