I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress management, relationship issues, and more. I take an integrated, client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individuals unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, and in working collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies to help manage stress, build self-awareness, and enhance emotional health. I have overcome struggles with anxiety, trauma, and neurodivergence and enjoy using my learned experiences in assisting you manage circumstances in your life. It is important to me to be there for others and to treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve regardless of background or self-expression. I also use my privilege as a Caucasian cis-women to advocate for marginalized communities.
