I often work with couples rebuilding trust or navigating infidelity, and individuals healing from codependency or emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in compassion and connection. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. Therapy is a space where we explore what’s getting in the way and gently build skills that support your emotional well-being. I draw from relational, strengths-based, and attachment-focused frameworks to help you reconnect with yourself and others. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to grow and supported enough to keep going.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have an inner wisdom that guides us toward healing—even when life feels messy or hopeless. You may not feel strong right now, but that doesn’t mean the strength isn’t there. I see therapy as a relationship that helps uncover that strength and remind you of what’s possible. We are wired for connection. When we feel disconnected from others—or from ourselves—it’s easy to lose hope. I believe change happens when we feel seen and safe. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be willing to show up, and I'll be there to help you.
