My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. My passion is empowering those to thrive in their environments, build effective coping skills, and navigate life transitions, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self esteem, and trauma, including intimate partner violence, racial trauma, and complex trauma. My approach integrates holistic, somatic, and mindfulness practices, rooted in the belief that true healing addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
