About My Clients
My patients are adults 18 years and older located throughout the state of AZ, FL, MD, & WA. Patients often seek my services for attention, anxiety, mood, & trauma related issues. I also offer specialized care for service members & veterans given my experience as a uniformed psychiatry provider.
My Background and Approach
You’re smart. Self-aware. Probably neurodivergent. Definitely anxious. You’ve read the books, tried the tools, maybe even did therapy “right.” But deep down, your body still doesn’t feel safe. You’re wired, exhausted, and constantly bracing for the next thing to go wrong — even when everything looks “fine.” I work with adults who are burnt out from survival mode. The ones who overthink everything, feel everything, and mask it well. Trauma survivors who were never taught how to rest. People who’ve been dismissed, misunderstood, or made to feel like they were too much. You don’t need another provider who rushes through your story. You need one who actually slows down to hear it. I offer 90-minute evaluations that feel more like connection than interrogation. Med management that takes your nervous system seriously — and doesn’t treat you like a walking diagnosis. We’ll move at your pace. This isn’t one-size-fits-all psychiatry. It’s trauma-aware, shame-free care.
