About My Clients
I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, self-esteem, trauma, depression, attachment, grief, family conflict and more. I provide therapy in a collaborative and judgement-free environment where clients can feel empowered, be heard, and openly explore their experience.
My Background and Approach
Jada earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, crisis centers, and nonprofit organizations. These experiences have deepened her understanding of supporting individuals navigating concerns related to self-esteem, grief, anxiety, depression, attachment, family conflict, and more. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and somatic awareness. Her work centers on helping clients understand how past experiences can continue to influence the way they see themselves, relate to others, and navigate the world around them. She works collaboratively with clients to explore relational patterns, process unresolved experiences, and create healthier, more meaningful ways of relating to themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Jada strives to create an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel welcomed, respected, and accepted for who they are. She believes in meeting clients where they are and honoring each person’s unique experiences, needs, and values, recognizing that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. She is committed to fostering a space where clients feel safe to be their authentic selves, with the goal of ensuring that every client feels heard, understood, and supported without judgment throughout their therapeutic journey.
