My specialities include anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and life transitions. I service children, adolescents, college students, adults, and elderly populations. My Background and Approach
I use a flexible approach to address the needs of the individual client. I utilize brief-solution focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to challenge unhealthy thoughts and create healthier thinking, feelings, and behaviors. Play therapy is used with children who need help with emotional regulation skills.
