About My Clients
My clients are folks who have experienced religious trauma or church hurt, are working through faith deconstruction, have childhood wounds that leak into adult life, attachment related issues, are anxious and in their head all the time, or need help with life transitions. I like working with people who are willing to dig in deep and change the narratives that keep them stuck.
My Background and Approach
I attended The Seattle School of Theology and earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. I also attended Whitworth University in Spokane, WA earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology. I’ve done additional training around Internal Family Systems, trauma related dissociation, DID, and Relational Psychodynamic Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a proud ally of the LGBTQ community. I am anti-racist, neuro-diversity affirming, feminist, and anti-MAGA.
