My ideal clients are adults who look “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, overloaded, or disconnected inside. I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical trained in CBT, DBT skills, Behavioral Activation, ACT, IFS-informed work, and TF-CBT.
