About My Clients
We believe each client is ultimately the expert within their journey. We honor their experiences and incorporate those interest into their wellness services in which we offer. Our goal, with each client that we are privileged to serve is to assist them in EMPOWERING themselves to RESTORE & RENEW their sense of self.
My Background and Approach
I have years of clinical experience working with a variety of populations. I specializes in severely persistent mental health issues, complex trauma issues and substance abuse as well as environmental issues affecting life functioning of adults. I work with LGBTQIA+, alternative spiritual individuals, and court system clients along with others. I am trained in multiple approaches including but not limited to DBT, EMDR, MI, and utilizes an integrated approach depending clients’ needs. I am also a trained Life Coach and Reiki practitioner. I enjoy utilizing a holistic approach to whole wellness: physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental.
