You may be struggling to get through the week and trying to feel like yourself again. Life isn't going the way you had hoped. You do not need to struggle with these feelings alone. My goal is to help you cope with feelings, improve your relationships, and find hope during the challenges life brings. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image, self esteem, relationships and parenting.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years experience working with individuals and families, in outpatient and private settings. My education was at New York University. My therapeutic approach is humanistic, with training in CBT and psychodynamic therapies. I help clients to manage mood and stress, relationships, life stress, postpartum/parenting. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I utilize a person-centered and individualized approach. We will work together on this journey, to help you build healthy patterns and coping tools in dealing with the struggles in your life. I believe in this process and will provide the space for you to begin the healing process of understanding and working through the challenges in your life.
